    • The Military Commisions Act, aka the Torture Bill, is supposed to be signed into law today by Pres. Bush. In all of the mess surrounding the Foley scandal and all of the mud this election season, it is important to remember that less than a month ago our government voted to get rid of habeas corpus and legalize torture.
