Democratic Senate?
Looks like it. AP just called Montana for Tester and Webb is still holding on to his lead by several thousand votes in Virginia with almost all the votes counted. After a few months of frivolous lawsuits we should have a Democratic Senate which will be very important should any Supreme Court judges need to be replaced.
